1. Delivery Policy

GuwahatiOne Medicare currently operates exclusively within Guwahati, Assam. We are committed to getting your healthcare essentials to you safely and promptly.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

  • Service Area: We deliver to all major pin codes within Guwahati city limits.
  • Estimated Time: Most orders are delivered within [Insert Time, e.g., 4-24 hours] depending on stock availability and your location.
  • Charges: Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your order value and distance.

Delivery Protocol

  • Prescription Check: For prescription-only medicines, our delivery partner may ask to see the original physical prescription before handing over the package.
  • Verification: An OTP or signature may be required at the time of delivery to ensure the medicine reaches the correct person.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. However, due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, specific conditions apply:

Eligible for Return:

  • General health products and non-medicinal items.
  • Medicines that are NOT marked as "Non-Returnable."
  • Items must be unopened with all original seals intact.

Ineligible for Return (Non-Returnable):

  • Temperature-controlled items (e.g., Insulin, Vaccines).
  • Items where the sealed transparent wrapper has been torn, damaged, or removed.
  • Hygiene-related products or opened healthcare devices.

Fair Usage Limit

To ensure sustainability and prevent service abuse, a user cannot return more than 10% of their total billed amount for the current calendar year. We reserve the right to decline return requests that exceed this threshold.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is picked up and passes our quality check at the pharmacy, we initiate the refund immediately.

Refund Timeline: The amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 72 business hours.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund without counting toward your 10% return limit.
