1. About the Service

GuwahatiOne Medicare is a pharmacy-based delivery platform operating in Guwahati, Assam. We facilitate the sale and delivery of pharmaceutical products in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and other applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration or checkout is accurate.

3. Prescription Policy

Orders for prescription medicines (Schedule H/H1) will only be processed upon the upload of a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

4. Ordering & Products

• Acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs only when the order is dispatched.
• Substitutions: We may suggest high-quality generic equivalents. No substitution will be made without your explicit consent.
• Errors: In the event of pricing or listing errors, our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount paid.

GuwahatiOne Medicare is a distributor and does not provide medical advice. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, misuse of medication, or outcomes resulting from the use of products sold. Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the order paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
